According to Global Young Voices (2019) Africa is characterised by various challenges and among them, poverty, poor education, poor health, violence and hunger are some of the top challenges. Beside, access to financing and economic growth is too far low. However, while comparing the old Africa and the current one, according to African Economic Outlook (2019) African economy has improved, even though the growth is not fast enough to address persistent fiscal and current account deficits and unsustainable debt. In addition, it was reported that African countries have to move to a higher growth path and increase the efficiency of growth in generating decent jobs. Furthermore, CFAO (2015) reported that about half of African population is merging to reach middle class. Therefore, investors are doing their best to come up with innovative ideas considering the African growing population to be their direct/indirect customers. Also, it was reported by Accelerating entrepreneurship, that Real Estate ventures are some of the top African business opportunities.

For instance, according to Standard Digital, in 2017, Real Estate sector was the best investment almost everyone who had cash was going for. However, considering outright fraud to poor financial management practices, the Real Estate sector has left many Kenyans bleeding after losing their lifetime investments in PLOT buying companies. Therefore, this sector is no longer for everyone who has money because having money alone is not enough for it to be successful. And despite all, the Real Estate sector in Kenya has been exhausted. Unlike Uganda and in DRC where middle and upper-class people have difficulties in securing affordable and quality housing facilities. Affordability in capital investment, Informal buying and selling PLOT, projected population growth? affordable PLOT, tapping into the diaspora need, and helping them to build sustainable income, Therefore, we have looked at this challenge as an opportunity to offer these missing services by coming up with a real estate Company that will bridge the gap in housing and respond to their needs.
